I love you. Just remember that, ok?
like evrything exept you seem to have made a line through the hole picture... for me this devides it in tow peces... i don't realy like that...
hear ya loud and clear. i was going for more of a fold in paper, but yeah, it totally cuts the piece in half. i'll update in a few minutes
aww, well what don't you like? or what do you think i could improve?
I love it. I still like the buildings in the background. I think you've drowned them out with the light to just the right degree and left just enough of a hint of them. It looks great.

Wish I could do that! :D

KAB
hopefully that's better. thanks a lot for the help, man
the color(s ) is in perfect balance. menacing and warmly at one time! perfect!

I very much like the texture of the water and bridge in the foregound however I feel that the texture is applied a little too liberally and equally making the water and the bridge difficult for me to differentiate. Another critique I have is on the isolation of the background in the fact that it is basically white equally throughout, I feel like the lower most portions of the buildings would be darker where the light would be touching it less, which might bring a little more of the tonality from the front into the back, making them not quite so seperate. I do really like the water in the front and the atmosphere that you've created, and atmosphere I think is something that you do very well in almost all of your pieces.
Compositionally (this may be too much of a pain to try) maybe if you lowered the building in the center of the piece in the background a little it would push the diagonal that you're creating with the buildings to the uppermost part of the bridge giving you a sort of diagonal coming ino the horizontal of the bridge. I like the position of the bridge creating unequal spaces on the top and bottom, which moves the eye.
Anyways, cool piece.
thanks very much. i think i may have inadvertantly stolen some of the color scheme from prince of persia
